To ensure social distancing of clients, we will not be using our reception area other than as a thoroughfare to the treatment rooms. The clinic’s front door will remain locked unless letting in clients for their appointments.
Please stay in your vehicle or outside and we will text you when we are ready for you. When you arrive we will take you straight through to wash your hands. Please refrain from touching any surfaces/door handles until you have done this.
We are encouraging you to only bring yourselves into the clinic and leave any unnecessary items, i.e handbags, wallets, jewellery, drink bottles, shopping, food etc. at home or in your vehicle. We will have a container for you to place your clothes and personal items.
We will not have eftpos available, instead we will be asking you to pay via internet banking or Paypal (there will be a small fee to use Paypal). We will send you instructions regarding payment the day before your appointment.
Although the Ministry of Health does not require Massage Therapists and Physiotherapists to wear PPE, we will be wearing appropriate PPE and will continue our already high hygiene and cleaning practices. We have also extended the time between clients to ensure plenty of time for the extra cleaning of surfaces.
Please be patient and kind if we are running late, this will be to ensure there is no cross over of clients coming and going.
When making an appointment we are asking you to book under your own name, not your partners.
A Client Intake form will be emailed to you, prior your appointment, which will include a Covid 19 checklist. Each individual client is required to fill this in.
Please ensure you fill this out and submit BEFORE your appointment.
We will not be able to let you into the clinic if you have not done so.
Most of you have already filled out a Client Intake form before, we are asking you to do so again to ensure we have your most up to date information for contact tracing.
It may seem some of the protocols we are taking are over the top. We do realise this may be the case, but we are taking every precaution we can to keep you, ourselves and the wider community safe.
Once we feel it is safe, and we are allowed to do so, we will relax some of these, but until then please respect what we ask of you.
