I completed my studies in 2011 in Chile, receiving an Advanced Technical Diploma in Massage Therapy and Sport Rehabilitation. Since then I have worked as a massage therapist and have taken some alternative courses over the years to be able to improve myself in the area and provide a more complete service. I love helping clients and making them feel that all they needed was a good massage.
The saying goes:
good massage
good humor
good day...
In my free time I love to go hiking or simply take care of myself spending time on the beach, or in places where I feel happy and make me feel good.

I first found my way to bodywork through dance—teaching and performing—where I explored movement as a way to connect, express, and understand the body. This journey naturally led me to teaching yoga and offering massage, deepening my passion and commitment to holistic wellbeing.
I hold certificates in Deep Tissue Massage and Thai Yoga Massage, with over 15 years of experience in massage and bodywork. I continue to grow my skills through ongoing massage education.
My approach is intuitive, grounded, and responsive to what each person needs. I love offering massage because it’s a powerful way to support the body’s natural ability to reset—relieving pain, easing tension, and helping the nervous system settle so you can feel more at home in yourself.
Alongside my massage practice, I work as an outdoor instructor, including with Outward Bound. I facilitate nature-based experiences that foster connection to self, others, and the natural world. I live what I love—spending time hiking, being by the ocean, exploring different movement styles like aikido, and staying active in ways that nourish body and spirit.

I am the proud owner and manager of Massage Works, which I established when I moved to Nelson over 18 years ago.
I have been in professional practice since 1998, and I am passionate about helping people achieve their health, energy, and fitness goals. I believe massage can be of great benefit to everybody, and as research has proven, can have positive effects on many aspects on your health and well being.
I get a great sense of satisfaction working with clients that are pro-active in their own health. I enjoy teaching techniques and tools that my clients can take away to improve their everyday life and remain fit and active.
My style of massage is a combination of all the techniques I have learnt over my years of practice but is predominately pressure point and deep tissue, although each client is treated individually and given a treatment that best suit their needs.
I enjoy spending my spare time outdoors with my partner, friends, and my dogs, mountain biking, running and hiking, as well as time in my garden.
